Providing Counseling for individuals who are 18 (+) who are experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression, from all areas in their life, including relationships, job stress, change, or upsetting past or current family issues.
I am offering telehealth and in person options. The Telehealth format I use will be Zoom or phone calls. I plan to continue to offer BOTH in office and telehealth sessions as a permanent option. I will offer telehealth every day, but I will only be in my office for in person visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will ask that if scheduling in person that you are fully vaccinated.

I am your personal advocate and I will guide you toward achieving your goals and feeling better in the shortest amount of time. This will allow you to start living a life that meets your full and true potential!
